How much does it cost?

Our pricing is determined by the square footage of the designed space, averaging $3 per sq. ft.  providing our clients with a clear and predictable expense for their project budget.

Our construction document packages feature value-added components such REScheck energy compliance reports, ensuring you meet local code enforcement requirements.

Through our extensive national network of structural engineers, stamp and review services are available in most states if required by code enforcement. Please check with your local building inspector.

We also include a fully detailed breakdown of labor and materials costs delivered in editable .csv fromat, specifically tailored to your project and location with an average overall accuracy rate of 98%. Don't plan to build right away? That's fine just contact us and we'll update your estimate.

What is your service area?

Our home territory service area encompasses all of Massachusetts, as well as Southern New Hampshire and Southern Vermont.

Are your plans "stamped"?

Yes, by leveraging our extensive national network of Structural Engineers, we can offer stamped plans in most states, ensuring compliance and quality.

Also reach out to your local code enforcement office to see what particular documents are required for obtaining a building permit. These can usually be found on your building permit application checklist as well.
